Speaker Bios:
Mindy Felicien- Supervisor, Risk Control, FCCI Insurance Group:
Mindy began her safety career in the oil and gas industry in Pennsylvania and Oklahoma before branching into insurance of which she now has over 10 years of experience. Mindy started with FCCI in May 2017 and has grown into the role of Risk Control Supervisor for the Florida Region. Supported by a BS degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Mindy’s ability to present technical information in concise and relatable ways is a highlight of her strong communication skills. Mindy is dependable and truly focused on building strong relationships.
Kyle Rea- Special Counsel, Adams and Reese, LLP:
A Florida native, Kyle was introduced into the construction industry through his grandfather and uncles working as electrical contractors and general contractors. Kyle left the state of Florida to attend college at Auburn University, and while there, he met his wife, whose family of engineers run a construction company in Tennessee. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Kyle attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law, and thereafter began his legal career as an assistant state attorney for Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit. He spent nearly five years prosecuting felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile charges; prosecuting several first-degree felonies, and taking over 25 cases to trial. Today, Kyle utilizes his diverse background, courtroom experience, as well as a deep appreciation of the hard work that is put into the construction industry, in order to better serve his clients.
Kyle Rea practices primarily in all areas of construction law, including, lien law, bond law, contract review and drafting, contract negotiation and litigation, licensing, and OSHA defense.

Jared V Caretti- Diversified Construction Safety, Inc.
Jared has a bachelors from Penn State in Turf Sciences, he built and renovated golf courses for 10 years, then went back to get his masters in Occupational Environmental Health and Safety at CSU. He has been in construction safety now for 10 years, worked at Skanska for 7 years, built over $1 billion worth of projects, including Golisano Children's Hospital, FSU basketball arena, the new St. Petersburg Pier, Johns Hopkins Children's hospital scientific research building downtown St. Pete, and Sarasota Memorial rehab center are among some of the projects.
