Ryan Owen has substantial litigation and transactional experience representing construction industry clients, creditors and other businesses. He works effectively both in and out of the courtroom to help prevent disputes from arising and resolving problems to his clients’ maximum advantage. Ryan is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. In this arena, Ryan advises and advocates for specialty and general contractors, owners, and materials suppliers. He helps clients transfer risk to insurers and other contractors/suppliers. He frequently represents contractors who have not received payment for their services. Ryan also handles defect litigation and related surety and insurance matters.
